Fraudulent & Dispute Policy

Fraudulent Charges

Pixal Code Creations LLC does not charge any credit or debit card without explicit customer authorization. All payments are made securely through payment links generated from our trusted merchant accounts. Our company strictly does not support or tolerate any fraudulent activities.


Product Not Received

If a customer claims that the product or service was not received within the expected timeframe while the project is still ongoing, please note the following:

Any delays caused by changes in project requirements or any delays initiated by the customer (even once) will affect the delivery timeline. This is in accordance with our Terms & Conditions stating that “Change of Requirement” can impact the time and cost of the project.


If the customer no longer wishes to continue the project, they must submit a cancellation request with a valid reason.


Such requests will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance team, and a partial refund may be offered if eligible according to our Terms & Conditions


Product/Service Unacceptable

If a customer claims that the delivered product or service is unacceptable, Pixal Code Creations LLC will not take any further action without the customer’s explicit approval


Once a design or deliverable is approved by the customer, they cannot claim the product as unacceptable or damaged.


We provide unlimited revisions during the design and development phase to address and resolve any concerns.


Our dedicated team works diligently on every project to ensure customer satisfaction, so full reimbursement claims based on “Product unacceptable” will not be entertained.


Additionally, all products and services are delivered digitally; no physical/hard copies are provided.


We remain open to redo and improve the product within a limited timeframe if the customer is not satisfied.


Once a design or deliverable is approved by the customer, they cannot claim the product as unacceptable or damaged.


Credit Not Processed

Customers may only claim that a credit or refund has not been processed if it has been committed in writing by Pixal Code Creations LLC’s Billing or Customer Care team and was not processed within the agreed timeframe.


General / Other Disputes

For any other disputes or general disagreements, Pixal Code Creations LLC does not entertain refund requests due to a change of mind, as significant company resources are invested in providing the contracted services.


We value our reputation and strive to resolve any issues fairly and transparently.


In case of any disputes, we encourage customers to reach out for resolution.
